RecommendedWestern came quickly with a new refrigerator shelf to replace our broken one, same visit fixed broken clothes dryer and cleaned and lubricated it, and strictly observed virus safety procedures, very reasonable cost, friendly, and informative. Excellent! I know some of the Western folks but did not realize that they owned it, but I couldn't ask for better service.
They were able to diagnose the problem with my washing machine over the phone, order in the part, and get it fixed in one visit. Great service.
My freezer was leaking and I got a recommendation for this company. I left a FB message and got an immediate reply. Over the phone told me exactly what I needed to do to avoid more trouble. Quoted the options that might be wrong in the freezer and when they came to my house, they had everything they needed for either option and fixed it exactly as they diagnosed! Caring, honest, professionals!
Thank you! I recently moved into my home and contacted Western Appliance to fix my drying machine. Things were hectic while we were moving in and they were very patient with me. We were able to schedule the appointment, get the parts and have the dryer fixed all within a week. Really appreciate the great service and will definitely be using them in the future!
