Excellent vets, would highly recommend
I am so grateful to Dr. Auston and the team. We had a bit of an emergency and were able to book an appointment on Saturday of Thanksgiving weekend. Shay our 7 month old cat, had stopped eating, had diarrhea, was just feeling unwell, and Dr. Austin took the time to do a thorough exam, answered our questions, and explained the treatment plan. I was more at ease as the appointment progressed, was impressed with the professionalism and kindness that was shown.
After switching my old vet to this vet I'm happy to have Dr Racheal as my new veterinarian.I was honest with in regards to cost of bills when COVID in the past and now on cost of rising bills etc..The empathy understandimg communication was excellent and level.of care was real .
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very clean. I trust them with my cat. I will be back.
