Absolutely horrible customer service. I spoke with a woman named Kelly who despite my attempt to be polite and civilized was completely rude and unprofessional. In an attempt to explain my frustration I mentioned to her that This week was the anniversary of the day we lost our little girl to cancer and I was already upset and emotional from that.
