Vacating one house that needs treatment only to move into the new dwelling to find out it needs many treatments is added stress no one needs during a house move. Emma I cannot thank you enough for answering all my calls when I continued to forget when and where you were coming. Today 10th April I had Jay from western all pest do an inspection for termites he was fantastic walked me though each part of the property found a nest in an old tree and sprayed them then put a plan together to make sure my house was protected I was very impressed with his knowledge and look forward to being looked after by him and the team over many years booking him was easy and I new before he came what the cost would be for the inspection.thanks Jay 10/10
Great service
Called me at 2pm day before our large Farm 4x3 house, huge shed and second dwelling (3x1 house) to cancel due to “sick staff” I would have been fine if they had offered us a decent compromise but it was a bad luck can’t do!! Wait until our first open calander mid January???? I would have paid extra for fuel and hours!! Had they tried to accommodate us!! Too bad you’ve lost us as big jobs pay well!
