Reading the other reviews, It seems service is hit or miss with this company. I have had a great experience, contractor was a few minutes late but no issue and works were carried out quickly and efficiently. Invoice was left in the mailbox and they provided ample time to pay. Owner was friendly on the phone when I called after hours.

The one star is not reflective of the quality of service provided by the contractor but of the disorganization of the business, delayed invoicing, and unacceptable customer service that followed. We had a great experience with the contractor who came out. He was personable, polite, and knowledgeable. Vacating one house that needs treatment only to move into the new dwelling to find out it needs many treatments is added stress no one needs during a house move. Emma I cannot thank you enough for answering all my calls when I continued to forget when and where you were coming. Today 10th April I had Jay from western all pest do an inspection for termites he was fantastic walked me though each part of the property found a nest in an old tree and sprayed them then put a plan together to make sure my house was protected I was very impressed with his knowledge and look forward to being looked after by him and the team over many years booking him was easy and I new before he came what the cost would be for the inspection.thanks Jay 10/10
