Western Air was referred to us for HVAC issue. Fletcher came out the day we called, diagnosed the problem to be a programming issue in the thermostat, gave a thorough explanation on the programming requirements and was able to solve our problem. We highly recommend Western Air for your HVAC needs.
Very pleased with the AC unit that was installed. We were offered a few different options of ways we could cool our new converted bed/bath by the owner of the company at the survey with pro and cons for each system, You can tell you’re dealing with a professional company from the off with Western Air. Each technician was very respectful, knowledgeable and easy to work with.
We brought Western Air in for a second opinion when we lost faith in the original installer. Western did a full test of the system at a reasonable price and was able to find the problem that the other company could not. Fletcher is a very good technician. Very personable and did an excellent job of keeping us informed at every step. We will stay with Western Air going forward.
