After 3 months, all my closing documents they say were sent (without any tracking number) have never arrived. Reason for no tracking number is the approximate $3 cost was not included in closing cost...nor was I advised of that option. They now say I have to pay the county for a copy of my deed which I had to pay their attorney to create. Obviously my closing transaction is not important enough to them for $3 tracking with postage.

Emily and Phyllis are smart, quick, and running a very tight ship. No other abstract office covering several counties in Texas offer the great prices for hourly rates and run sheets like Western. Wish they covered more counties!
