If I could actually give 0 stars I would. Sylvia who works the front desk might be the only understanding and kind person who works here. Every question I asked I was told that it was “speculation” every experience I tried to share she downplayed. She diagnosed me with PCOS Jan of 2025 and tried to say that diagnosis was only made because of what I told her and the labs and ultrasounds that were done. I met Dr Westermoe just twice, she made me feel comfortable during my procedure, she even asked me if I want my Daughter inside the room during the procedure just to make me relax and and not so tensed… She is the best obgyn that Ive met, she explained well and she really takes time with me and answered all my questions.Highly recommended.

Dr. Karen is empathetic and offers different treatments so that one can choose the best one. She explains very well and takes the time to ask you questions about how you feel. I feel happy and confident for having come here. The staff has been too friendly and respectful. I am learning English, the nurse helped me with the language during the consultation. I felt quite comfortable here. I highly recommend this practice.

Karen is a great doctor and handles everything in a timely manner. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
