Very professional
My recent visit at WM Dental in Amherst was awesome. Beginning with the absolutely relaxing atmosphere in the office from the moment you walk in the door, to the amazing staff, I was very much impressed. My hygienist, Sarah, was outstanding ! Very friendly, professional, reassuring, etc… she was simply great. My dentist, Dr.Chang, was great as well. You can tell that everyone there really loves their jobs ! I’m very glad to be a patient there and in such good hands !-Jay C.
Everything about the office was pleasant. The receptionist was welcoming the signing in for your appointment through the kiosk was user-friendly. They sent an email for pre-check-in, which was helpful. The dental hygienist and the doctor were both friendly. They didn’t rush through the treatment I would definitely recommend this Office.
