I have had several dental appointments at the East Aurora location of WM Dental Care. Every person working there, that I have encountered, is polite, professional, and excels at their job. I am very fortunate to be a patient of Lydia. She always takes as much time as is necessary to explain things and to make sure everything is perfect. She consistently does a great job and is meticulous in every way. She is a true asset to WD Dental Care. Dr. Martin also does a great job. He is kind and patient. Thank you
Had a great first impression of this place, the people are very nice and the facility is great. However, I've had nonstop customer service issues with them ever since I started going here. My first checkup was submitted to my insurance and the claim was accepted, but I wasn't reimbursed. It had been over a week since the claim was accepted so I called them about it, they said they just received the reimbursement from the insurance that day so they just hadn't had a chance to reimburse me yet... The staff is always friendly and professional (East Aurora office). I never had to wait more than 10 minutes before Lidiya took me back. The office has excellent music playing while you wait. On one of my visits the music was off I asked Lidiya why she stated satellite interference. She then called up the internet on her computer and went above and beyond what she is there for and selected 70s, rock station, thank you Lidiya. I have never had a bad experience. I am always amazed at the compassion and expertise of Dr. Alex and his staff. I have so many dental issues and have a lot of anxiety about them. I never feel judged. I am treated with care. I would literally recommend them to anyone who wants the best dental experience possible
Poor experience. Called 3 times, was told it was being worked on and id get a call back. Never received a call back. Then got stuck with unexpected bill after service without being told prior or given any other options.
