Extremely difficult to deal with when I had to close an old account. Very old fashion way of doing things.
I’ve been a loyal customer for 13 years and WCCU has always had great services/customer service. Until recently.. they recently outsourced their credit card services to some company by the name of “card service center” (which I’ve never heard of). The customer service and app/website interface is absolutely terrible. I got a WCCU credit card for the reason that I could deal with WCCU for the credit card, not some sketchy, generic company I know nothing about.
