We deeply regret purchasing a home in the Westerly community in Erie, CO, developed by SLC Land Company. There is a consistent lack of regard for the residents who actually live here. Construction trucks regularly fly down residential streets, creating serious safety concerns for families, children, and pets. Despite repeated complaints, nothing changes.
