Westerbeke is the worst company I ever dealt with. Customers service is basically non existent, only automated phone switchboards that go nowhere and very sluggish email response. Parts are extremely overpriced and for the most part never available. They don't refund my money on a part they never sent. They don't built any engines but keep the engine makes a secret so they can keep price gouging. I hope they close their doors soon !!!!
