I have always had a good experience with Dr. Melissa Wester. She always listens and answers any questions I have. Her nurse is great. Not really fond of her lady at the front desk. She is always very rude and acts like she hates her job but I am not seeing her so really does not matter. I can see how someone would change doctor offices the way she acts.
I have been a long time patient of Wilson Family Medicine. I used to recommend them to anyone in search of a primary care physician, but in the past year or so the quality of their office staff has become so poor that I myself have found a new doctor to avoid having to deal with rude and impatient employees. My interactions with Dr. Melissa and Trent Wester were always wonderful, but the nurses/front desk staff are the reason for my decision to switch providers.
Melissa Wester is amazing. She is very thorough and kind and she makes sure all of your questions are satisfied. The staff is awesome as well
If she hadn't been my doctor and so thorough I honestly believe I would have died of cervical cancer!
