Had appointment attended,saw person I needed to,very professional and helped with issues I had,very able place,a variety of services available from,dentist,doc,substance misuse,etc..

Today morning I am on hold twice more than for 30 minutes,but no body answer or call back ,bad experience.
No point in phoning cant get through tried 4 times eaxh time disconnected
