I LOVED my experience at Westende Jewellers Super helpful & informative. Staff did a great job of balancing educating & informing me and not being condescending or dismissive. Fabulous customer service from Heidi. I was after a specific piece of jewellery that was out of stock. Following personal communication via email, I was informed when it was back in stock and was easily able to purchase. Arrival was almost overnight. Would definitely shop again!
