Love at first visit <3 I recently moved to Orangeville and chose Westend Vet for my boy Frankie, based on my aunt's recommendation. I was a little apprehensive at first - our previous vet was absolutely amazing - they knew him from the get-go, and he loved them just as much as they loved him. We have been clients of Westend for a lot of years since 2009 when we first brought our dog Mindy. They have given wonderful care to our two previous dogs, Mindy and Daisy, and our cat, Henry. Very compassionate and caring staff! Now, all this love is shared with our Archie
Just had to share my experience today. I had to have our sweet hamster put down today and I was blown away by the compassion and kind nature of Dr Seto. She went well well above and beyond and showed a very high degree of compassion and respect for this smallest of creature. This was truely appreciated and I just had to give her a shout out. Some people were just meant to be vets and she is one of them.
We cannot say enough good things about this clinic. From the moment you walk in, the reception staff are kind, calm, and genuinely caring. The vets and vet assistants are exceptional — knowledgeable, patient, and deeply compassionate. You never feel rushed, and they take the time to explain everything clearly, whether it’s day-to-day or nuanced needs.
