Terrible service. I won an auction vehicle from this storage and went to look at it before final payment. The man at the "office" said we were not allowed to look at the vehicle before payment because it would waste his time. Seems like a scam to pawn off crap cars. Just because you're lazy and don't want to leave the office doesn't mean you're wasting your time. The only time wasted was mine coming out there.
This place needs to be investigated do not go here take your cars out ASAP!
Worst storage facility in existence. 0 customer service and they did not care about my family or belongings. Definitely go for all the competitors before you choose this “establishment”.
Could care less about you and your belongings. The establishment definitely Needs new management or needs or go under investigation. Threatened to call the cops because my car wouldn’t start and threatened to trespass me while trying to figure out how to jump start my car.
Do NOT recommend. Wish i could give 0 stars
