They will not chalk wheels when they park your trailer on the uneven surface on their property. Shame on me for expecting an RV company to properly handle my trailer when there. Looked into it, the cost to file for small claims was more than the cost of the repair my jacks, so here I am warning others to take their business to one of the other RV service shops in town. Was quoted $1200 to replace out 16ft awning. Cost I found for the replacement was $150 to $250. $1200 - 250 = $950. Wife and I did it twice, was backwards first, in 2.5 hours, So 2 schmoes got the work down in 5 people hours. Their shop rate indicates that they expected that work to take over 5.3 people hours... Glad I read other reviews
