I usually have a wonderful experience calling this medical practice—the front desk staff are typically warm, welcoming, and sweet. However, I called today between 10:20 AM and 10:40 AM and spoke with a receptionist who was completely the opposite. She was standoffish, dismissive, and incredibly unhelpful. I hope management addresses this, as it is a major departure from the great service I usually receive.

I had called at 7:13pm today to change appointment and get information. The lady who answered the phone was extremely impatient and unprofessional. I never have that experience until today, when I asked her name she refused to provide. No one should get treat like that. Doctors and other receptionists were amazing, except this lady tonight. I hope she stop treating others so unpleasant, impatient and unprofessional.
