I had a very positive experience with Su, the receptionist at West End Callingwood Medical Clinic. Even though it was the end of the day on a Sunday (around 5 pm), she greeted me and everyone in the waiting room with a warm smile, was very helpful, and made me feel welcome right away. Her caring attitude and kindness I experienced in the past 4 visits is extraordinary and helped ease my stress and really made a difference in my day.
