Changed my flight to stay for the free week trial. The gains are worth it. 10/10 recommend. Very hands on! Also, amazing day care service!
They definitely have weights, and they are heavy. Good for muscles! For muscle guys only. Fees are kinda high though, like $800 a month. SQUATS!
