BEWARE. DO NOT work with this company. They have not held up their end of the bargain with our window package. They make promises they do not keep once the deal is closed. We purchased approximately $80,000.00 worth of Westeck windows with the promise of an installation consultant that never showed up. Now they have gone completely dark and will not respond to us. Westeck helped me out! I had some older windows that needed replacement parts that I couldn't find ANYWHERE. A quick chat with these guys got me what I needed! They even gave me some parts at no charge since they were so old. I'm definitely coming back here for any future window problems.
