They hire anyone on test their guy name Bert who is completely douche bag doesn’t know how to manage anything. He doesn’t know how to manage employees or pay roll Bert should be reported for fraud waste and abuse for stealing government money but the chick Susan keeps him on payroll

Worked for this company starting in 2022 at Minot AFB ending Oct 2023. While I'm sure the company overall is ok, the local office at Minot AFB was less than ideal. Days were spent surfing the internet/sleeping with little getting done despite the military requesting their training assets be repaired in a timely manner. Experience in the job was as weak as the motivation to work. Site manager had more excuses than solutions it seems.
