Never reply back and late with appointments
Horrible service he does not know how to do appraisals he does not compare properties in the same area he goes outside of areas and fines comparables that are much lower than the area that you are in for example if your house is in Burnaby he went to East Burnaby to find comparables he actively looks for lower value properties to lower the price of your home he is incompetent in what he does and should not do appraisals
★☆☆☆☆ Avoid Westech at all costs! This so-called “appraiser” company in British Columbia is an absolute disaster when it comes to providing and interpreting property data. The report I received was riddled with glaring inaccuracies wrong comparable sales, outdated market stats, and interpretations that made zero sense.
