Westec Builders has done several projects for us. The first was the removal of our patio and patio cover. The patio concrete and cover were completely removed, the concrete was poured about a third larger and the roof angle started halfway up the slope of the main house roof. Besides the obvious work the electrical service needed to be raised and an outdoor water faucet needed to be relocated. Westec started as a great experience back in the summer of 2021. However, after being told we had an 8-10 week project, it turned into 14-16 weeks. We understand that in remodels, there are unforeseen issues that come up. The communication was lacking throughout the latter weeks, however. Once finished, on the surface everything appeared to be fairly well done.
