Wonderful experience! My girl is terrified of going to the doctor and she literally kissed me and walked to the room with these wonderful nurses!! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They beyond exceeded my expectations! The doctor was great as well and he was very honest and listened to my concerns. He communicated very very well and did a wonderful job on her work!
Everyone here was so great! As soon as we walked in my daughter was greeted with smiling faces and they made her feel so comfortable she didn't even hesitate when they asked her to walk to the back with them while I sat in the waiting room. Liz was great to talk to and helped me keep my mind off the fact that my 3yo was being sedated. I was given continuous updates throughout the process. They only have one patient at a time, so everyone was 100% focused on her. We did not feel rushed out the door. They let her take her time... read more
What a great place! Staff is top notch! My granddaughter has such anxiety about the dentist and this was so simple! Everyone was super seeet and made her feel comfortable. She walked back with the nurse with no tears even! 10/10!!
I’m a young parent that came in with a little 2 well kinda big two year old and when I came they treated my little family of 2 very well. They made me and my son feel super comfortable a great staff and wonderful team they allowed me to sit in one of the rooms waiting for my son and when he was done they allowed him to pick out a prize which was some awesome Pokémon cards!! Seriously the best experience ever! My 5 year old had to go under anesthesia for her procedure and I was really nervous. All of the staff were so kind and helpful- Liz, Bri and Jess were all so wonderful! I highly recommend West Dakota Surgical Hospital. You will be in great hands with their amazing staff!
