I am so flabbergasted that I had to write this review as a warning to anyone else considering getting involved with Westcross Accounting. When I tell you that their bookkeeping and financial reports were WILDLY different from what they reported on the Income Taxes it is almost an UNDERSTATEMENT! The books were so screwed up that you can't even understand where they got the numbers that they filed on the Tax Return!! I'm a Realtor and recently switched to Westcross. Kym and her team have been incredibly responsive and their processes are 100 times better than my last accountant. I'd highly recommend!
Excellent communication and carefully explains everything along the way. They were patient with us asking questions as new clients which helped as we confirmed our previous CPA wasn't doing things as she should have been. We feel much more confident now that Westcross is handling our business needs since we run two companies.
