Excellent service & treatment , iv been petrified of dentist most of my adult life after a bad experience, but these two Shyam & Priya are both wonderful, patient and kind and have made it so comfortable for me to come to the dentist, I’m also delighted with my teeth , so much confidence and happy , I’m smiling constantly, can’t thank them enough.
The staff are lovely but the only thing is im part nhs and part private meaning that I have to pay private fees which despite me saying I can't afford to they still insist on me paying it. I now need a filling redoing but I have to pay for it and I can't afford to because for someone who doesn't work the fees for me are extremely expensive. Why put on the website your accepting nhs patients because I didn't find out i had to pay private fees until after my 1st appointment here.
My last 2 appointments I’ve been rang up and they cancelled last minute. The 1st time it was 2 months and now I’m seeing the hygienist they say april!! I mean that’s nearly half a year and they think this is acceptable and ok to do! Update: un-registering NHS patients without any warning whatsoever . Also stealing money by cancelling appointments that they forced you to pay upfront for but never seeing through the appointments just saying you missed the rescheduled appointment which was actually them cancelling at short noti... read more
I walked in to this dental clinic in absolute agony and fear with a severely infected and swollen mouth. The NHS could not help and turned me away, but this clinic didn’t, they were so kind, helpful and understanding. I can’t praise this clinic highly enough. Thank you DJ and Bella.
