My Dentist DJ is absolutely incredible, she is compassionate and understanding and as a dentist..she goes above and beyond to provide the best comfortable care possible. My children and I 100% value her - her time and kindness and the dental practice overall. Thank you.
This dentist offers only the most expensive treatment options and seems completely driven by money rather than patient care. Communication is extremely poor, especially when it comes to payments and hidden extras that are never explained properly. They also take advance payments without clear consent, and when you try to get your overpayments refunded, it takes weeks, I waited three weeks just for a reply to a simple email. Thankyou DJ and jay for making my 8 year old autistic grandsons visit to the dentist a good experience. Jay took jayden to a room to let him hear the different sounds of the equipment they would be using . DJ and jay made him feel at ease they kept telling him everything they were going to do . We really didn't think he would be able to have the filling that he needed. Well done DJ and Jay . Thankyou both for making this experience a happy pain free visit for jayden xx
Being a little wary of dentists I have to say my most recent visit was perfect.If I hadn't been for a check up I wouldn't have known I was brewing a nasty at a tooth.Shaun & Priya looked after me with so much care & gentleness I won't be wary of going again.Reception staff a friendly bunch too.
