The reception staff are absolutely wonderful,always friendly and genuinely helpful. I had a lot of contact with Laura in particular, and I can’t speak highly enough of her professionalism and kindness. Unfortunately, I would not recommend seeing Dr Sudasinghe for pregnancy-related care. During the early months of my pregnancy, I was given a lot of incorrect information, and communication barriers caused unnecessary stress and anxiety, which negatively impacted my mental health. Wonderful GP practice. All the receptionists I interacted with were so kind and helpful. I saw Dr Harshani Meegama who was very thorough and knowledgeable. She addressed my concerns in a non-judgemental manner and left me feeling reassured. I was able to get an appointment easily and the doctor was able to bring me in on time. The appointment was not rushed, and yet still very efficient. As a health professional myself, I highly recommend this practice to anyone as I had a very positive experience.
Highly recommend this practice. The Doctors are so thorough and genuinely care. The admin team are very friendly and always willing to help with inquiries!
The receptionists are always so welcoming and helpful! All of the doctors are lovely and genuinely care about helping you! Have never left there without feeling listened to and like all of my issues have been addressed thoroughly! Wouldn’t want to take my kids anywhere else!
The most amazing welcoming perfect practise I found in hunter. It’s a very clean, beautiful place. All doctors are very professional, knowledgeable and more over very caring and does listen to all concerns very patiently . Both Doctors are very kind and even on weekends offer help, by ringing to see how we go where no practise in this Australia does I guess.
