Friendly and informative!
Great experience with Westcott. Some parts arrived damaged and they contacted me outside of their normal working hours to tell me that they were working on the problem and would take care of it - a few days later, replacement parts were in the mail. Jason took good care of me and I will be buying more parts from Westcott without question. Thanks folks!
