Overall, Westcott Body Shop provided me with excellent help and service. The repair work that they did on my damaged vehicle, which is not a GM product, was perfect and was actually finished ahead of their projected completion schedule. Amazing place, amazing people, very professional they handled everything with my insurance company. They replaced my whole front end on my Yukon. The nice woman upfront named Rose communicated very well and always gave me updates on when my car will be ready. What exactly was fixed and the status of the insurance claim. She was very knowledgeable very professional.
I received excellent and timely service during my car repair. Westcott had the rental company pick me up to get a rental and drop me back off when my car repairs were done. The staff were professional and friendly. I will tell others of my awesome experience.
I've had two cars repaired by Westcott body shop. They are so professional and explain every detail thoroughly. Rose did a great job communicating with me and the team always makes my car look like new. This is the only bodyshop I will ever use.
