I wish there was a rating lower than zero for this practice!!! U would call to get an appointment, they would insist u call at 8.30am! U would get a 111 referral, they would tell u theres no doctor to see u immediately and push u to the end of the wall!!! At 12noon, i was given a 24hr window appointment! The lady on the phone rudely told me all they had was an appointment at 4pm!!! Outside d 24hr window! If this is an example of how all hospitals treat their patients in Leicester, im sorry but ... 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢
Came for my appointment, and there was a patient at the desk and i just happened to come over to the reception and let them know i got an appointment, the reception lady was just so rude, she said be mindful that a patient is there and hovering over their privacy, i was not aware of what was going on, and told me to be think before i come over. The staff is so rude!
Brilliant service. Help me to pay less for medication. Love it
