I do not recommend this GP after we wrote a complaint my family was removed
Doctor seemed uninterested. Didn't explain that we had to book at reception for physio and bloods. Also the girls on reception were useless , after telling them this they said wait for a letter, they didn't check or explain or seemed interested either , poor social skills..
Back down to 1 star. 29 calls between 8am and 8.25 am because the phone rings and cuts off. Finally got through to be told there are no appointments today and to try again tomorrow. Have decided to give up. This will be tge last time I seek any medical support. I know I have shingles so will treat at home. As for other ailments, Arthritis pain, bowel disease and so on, well there's nothing the nhs can do. So will suffer in silence. Good luck to the rest of ya x
Been worst experience had appointment At afternoon 1:40PM and they have called me in after 1 and half hour later.
