A deeply unserious property agency. They have no idea about about customer service. Absolute scoundrels. Everything wrong with the UK housing market is embodied by this agency. I advise prospective landlords and any future tenants to stay clear of homes managed by Westcombe Homes Group.
I totally agree with all the other one star reviews and here is my personal experience: In my personal view beyond terrible, avoid this company if you can. They never get back to you, when they are at fault and they did not even give an apology for the damage they have caused. But there website mention they are from “humble beginnings and have an outstanding reputation”. Does this company have any values or is it all show?
