Had a great experience with Dr David Cheng. Minimal discomfort, respectful and friendly.
Unfortunately I need to change my rating. Dr Cheng performed a root canal on me in December/January of 2024/2025. I went one year with no complications but unfortunately the infection came back on January 2026. By then I had to moved to a different province but still travelled to Vancouver for work. I reached out to his office to try and arrange to be seen while I was in town. I had a great initial consultation for my TMJ/TMD. The assessment was thorough and I am happy with my experience! I appreciated the transparency as it relates to the costs and the plan for my treatment over time. Dr. David Cheng is excellent with his patients and takes the time to explain things very well. Westcoast Smile is a tranquil dental practice. The office is clean, sanitary, and I was pleased with their response to covid protocols. I’ve been a patient at Westcoast Smile for over a decade. In addition to routine checkups, Dr.Norden and his highly competent team performed gum grafting, and two dental implants involving bone grafting.
