Following my consultation, I've send them a few emails that have yet to be answered and have waited over 3 months to hear back from them regarding getting my 3D bite scan sent to me. Very disappointed. I’ll update my review when I’ve heard back.
Dr Norden has been my dentist for many years. I recently cracked a veneer that was put in prior to me becoming a patient. I emailed the “dental concierge” 4 times without a response back over a two week period. . I finally called and they said they would book me in right away. When I asked for an estimate first they provided an estimate that was substantially higher than other quotes I had. When I asked for a break down of why it was so much more.
