I've been coming here for years and have always had great experiences with the staff here. Dr. Cheng is a wonderful dentist and has a great bedside manner. I had some cosmetic work done recently - the price was very fair and the result was superb. I'm very happy with my new smile.
Horrible Invisalign provider! Wasted 1.5 years of my life on a treatment with Dr Cheng. It solved nothing and caused new TMJ issues. Dr Cheng could not understand that my teeth became angled because he was looking at the model in a software that automatically rotates dental arch to be horizontal. Basic 3d space understanding is needed for this job. Now I have teeth that look like they were blown away by the wind. I called to reschedule my appointment because I woke up with a cold and felt it would be irresponsible to attend. On top of that, not being able to breathe through my nose would make a dental appointment extremely difficult. However, the receptionist advised me to still come in. I was a patient of Dr. Cheng for over 10 years while he practiced in Toronto. Most recently we reconnected to discuss replacing my bridge. David is a phenomenal dentist who provides exceptional service. I highly recommend his practice.
I’m not a dentist fan due to past experiences. Dr. Cheng was the softest and best dentists I’ve ever come across in my experience. First time I actually relaxed during a procedure. Thank you so much!
