This clinic does not understand how important your animal is to you. Treats animals like they are disposable, cancels appointments for no reason and doesn’t reschedule them at the same time. I wouldn’t recommend this vet anyone and it hurts me to think about many pets have been ignored by this clinic and have suffered like mine.
Awesome service staff are wonderful i take all my pups here. I drove pass Corner Brook for an extra 30 min because they have been so wonderful.
Won’t be returning . First of all , long commute , wasn’t fussy on customer care even though I was contrary anyway , then wouldn’t take credit card which was same card was given over phone . Not pleased what so ever .
One doctor there in particular should have there license revoked cost me 2000 dollars for absolutely nothing other than prescribing the wrong meds and wasting my time.If you need to get your pet looked at property take it to corner brook, I wouldn’t take a cockroach to this clinic unless you have money to burn very very disgusted with there services
They suggested I put my first cat down because it was cancer and uncureable I got a second cat now and its a kitten and it's experiencing the same symptoms I didn't know cancer was contagious. They don't know anything about cats go elsewhere. All they want Is your money Looking at all the other reviews .. The community should boycott and get this place shut down and replaced with something more reliable.
