Had my very first chiropractic appointment today and it was such an amazing experience! Dr.Prabhjot took the time to really listen to what I was dealing with and explained everything clearly, including the exact steps she’d take to help. As a first-timer, I was a little nervous walking in, but she made me feel completely comfortable and at ease throughout the session. I walked out feeling so much better after the adjustment. Highly recommend for anyone who’s been thinking about trying chiropractic care!
Sabrina was excellent for my first visit! She did a thorough assessment, listened carefully to my concerns, and explained everything clearly. The massage was spot-on—great pressure and technique—and I left feeling much looser and relaxed. Professional, friendly, and skilled. Highly recommend—I’ll definitely be back!
Injuries are inevitable. But having an amazing physio like Jayde has helped me fix those injuries effectively, so I can get back to doing what I love like running and hiking. She also provides so much knowledge, that has allowed to me avoid other injuries proactively! She has played a major role in my journey from 10Ks to ultramarathons!
