Since the takeover of the former Westcoast SCI by Tall Tree Health, this place has changed. Instead of having receptionist on Saturdays, they replaced this with a QR code one has to scan to check in with. If you want to know your balance or how appointments you have allowed by your insurance company, this you can't simply ask someoyafter your appointment, you have to call in. I feel for the trainers there, Accupuncture, Physiotherapists, Kinesiologist and Nutritionist who each have to be also part time receptionists! Somethi... read more
I highly recommend Zoe the Acupuncturist in Tall tree clinic. She did the amazing job with her quick assessment and figuring out the pain source right away. Having a continuous hands on experience was great for me as I saw the therapist before that they just put some needles and leave the room.
Excellent first visit. Very thorough questions for my history.. Aren is very engaging...
