Kenny explained everything so clearly, from the piercing process to the healing steps. Her professionalism and care really stood out. I could tell she takes her job seriously. Westcoast Piercings in Surrey is hands down the only place I fully trust for any piercing. Highly recommend!
Awesome experience with this place! My girlfriend couldn’t get her tragus piercing out before an MRI appointment, and Westcoast fit us in last minute to take a look. On arrival, Kelly and Kennedy were very welcoming- they looked at the piercing and knew the exact piercing shop it came from and assured us that it was MRI safe and didn’t need to be removed! This was my first time getting piercings in decades, and I was very nervous. To make it worse, I have a phobia of needles and anything related. Jewels went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. She taught me breathing techniques and gave me all the time I needed to ease my anxiety. Love this place. Been going whenever necessary for the last 20 years and it's great to see a small business still around and owned by the same people. Staff are great, service is great.
Kelly always has always helped me with my piercings and jewelry choices and options even after all these years.It is always good to see Kelly and of course I bought new jewelry, now I have one in every color...yippee.It is a pro place to go and great selection and professionalism without a doubt.I very happy still going there even after all these years.
