Racist people work here, no professionalism. Always want to fight. I got a navel piercing done a year ago. Wanted a jewel change coz I had removed the jewellery for 24 hours so needed help opening the piercing up. They downsized my bar to the wrong size. I kept telling them, the previous one is super long. But they did not listen and dismissed my concerns. I’ve been going to WestCoast to shop for jewelry for about a year now. But I haven’t gotten a piercing yet until yesterday. Pyper did my flat (helix) piercing and was mindful of my glasses, which was very helpful considering my last flat piercing didn’t go so well. She was very helpful and was able to answering my questions and concerns. I’m so glad I finally got a piercing here and I hope to get another one soon in the near future.
I came In on my birthday and the employees made it the best experience for me. I got my nose pierced and my cousin came with me to get an ear piercing, we had so much fun and it was a birthday to remember. Loved the staff and they were so thorough with the process
