Our home builder sourced our trim and moulding from Westcoast. They have a great selection and are reasonably priced. The staff is always friendly and helpful but I need to give a shoutout to Kewal. I cannot say enough about his knowledge, communication and overall helpfulness. Our house was completed two years ago but we have worked on a few little projects since then. Professional staffs and nice service.
Worse customer service ever. The old guy that works there was not helpful at all. Sorry you were too rude to ask for your name. He did not even want to convert the inches for my husband. It’s your job if you work there you should be able to do the maths. If you don’t have the patience anymore maybe retire instead of giving people the worse customer service. We had to spend more since the measurements were wrong. Never coming back and would never recommend this place.
I don't know much about mouldings, construction as I visited here with my contractor to buy mouldings and baseboards. I found the people to be very professional, helpful and when there was a problem with one of my deliveries, Piero was so accommodating and solved the problem right away. I have to say I was VERY impressed with this level of customer service. To be honest, I was expecting some push back where I'd have to prove I didn't cause the damage (albeit minor) to occur.
