Absolutely terrible and unprofessional service from the parts department. I was promised a part to arrive last Thursday. It didn't arrive and I was not contacted about it. I called up Friday, which then Franco told me it should've been here and he has no idea about it. I said we had a customer awaiting their parts that you promised and no assistance was given. Had car booked into Mini Wangara today and went to try for our first time. We were pleasantly greeted as we entered and the service was great. Car washed and cleaned, service brought forward and completed along with brakes, was done well and professionally (nothing stained or left on seats and did not need 2-3 returns to dealer to rectify errors and service). Will be happy to return again for further attention to the car when required. Thank you.
