I had a ductless system installed specifically for the A/C. Mike was very upfront about the process and the cost. I love the fact that this company is local and family owned. The process was very smooth and within the timeline. I would highly recommend the entire WestCoast Heating & Air.
A great installation by West Coast, we were looking to add heat pump for A/C in the summer. I had a lot of questions, and was able to get different options ended up deciding to with a HeatPump w/gas furnace combo. They also resolved a whistle we had from the return ducts and when they found an 'innovation' the home builder had done they took care of it and made sure it was better than they had found it. Nick was very honest & professional, I felt very comfortable having him in my home ,which unfortunately is not always the case with a lot of companies. He thoroughly looked at everything & fixed the problem. Pricing was great! He didn’t have a problem explaining everything & gave us tips to help our Furnace & Heat pump work better. I would highly recommend this company,100% will use them again!
