We did not have a good experience. They installed a new garage door and motor and they tagged it, they had to service it once. We needed service again and even though they had their name on the tag, said it wasn’t in their system, so they didn’t install it. This was all in one year. Then they wanted to sell us a new motor. Another company came over for something else and we asked if he knew about garage doors. He looked at it and reprogrammed the garage door, for free.

I am so disappointed in our gate. Every time it rains, it stays open. It randomly gets stuck open at least every other month. It has been a year since our gate was installed, and it has been nothing but trouble. WGES came out several times, but the gate still consistently breaks down & their techs do not seem to know how to fix it. I no longer call them. I called with an emergency. I was told someone could come today. They came FASTER than they said they would. They IMMEDIATELY diagnosed and fixed the problem. They were kind and friendly and I am so lucky to have found them. Totally dependable and trustworthy
