Too slow. They need to upgrade their pos system and usually just one person behind the counter. Takes ages.
Went in to purchase a small grub screw. The salesperson was attentive to my problem and spent time in the store area trying to find the correct size. I was given ample choices. Great service, great attitude, friendly staff.
