I’m not sure what their policies are, but they make you feel like you’re an inconvenience to them. They seem hesitant to address your concerns beyond prescribing antibiotics, as if you’re wasting their resources. They even judge your choice of medical services, even though you were forced to choose them. If you have another option, I’d recommend going elsewhere.
I am so grateful to have them in Sooke. I lost my GP (like so many others) and while it's not a perfect solution, every Doctor has been caring and helpful. Online booking has been great for me, and no having to wait outside in a lineup in the cold. Just remember to go register, once you have done that you can book online.
I am updating my review now two years on, as I see the clinic made another reply insinuating I'd gone there for Narcotics, which is false. So allow me to be super clear. I visited two years ago in the middle if a very sever mental health crisis. I was ALREADY taking ativan, an unpleasant experience, and was having a reaction to a newly prescribed SSRI.
