This review is based solely on the telephone etiquette at the front desk of this medical clinic. Absolutely childish and unprofessional. I received a phone call this morning saying that my wife should immediately contact the medical clinic over an urgent matter. Thinking it was actually something serious. I called my wife right away. The staff and the doctor are phenomenal. Kind, compassionate, and attentive. We got hurt hiking and needed to rush to get care. They saw us immediately and showed a level of care we've never experienced. Excellent quality, great people, highly recommended.
This clinic doesn't care about the well being of my family. The fact that they call themselves West coast "Family" Medical is saddening. My family has been treated like we are nothing more than a burden. My family had a family doctor here who refused treatment to my family. This clinic should be sued for negligence.

My family has been treated like we are nothing more than a burden. Alberta or almost any other walk in clinic has far more caring advanced doctors willing to provide proper service. I had a family doctor here who refused treatment to my family. This clinic should be sued for negligence.
