Did not tell me I needed someone to drive me back because part of the assessment was dilating pupils. BUT THEY MADE ME PAY FOR THE DILATION ANYWAY. Eventhough they didn't do the test. Dishonest and sneaky way to take your money.

I highly recommend Dr.Ji. It was my first time at Westcoast Optometry and I was assigned Dr.Ji, their new optometrist and fresh graduate. He was very thorough in his examination and was very willing to answer any questions or concerns that I had. He even raised any future concerns that I could experience due to my high prescriptions. I could tell he exhibits true compassion and care for his patients.
