They don't answer phones or emails, i've been trying to get a hold of them for weeks.
I have been a client here for a couple of years and usually had good experiences, but today was very disappointing. I contacted the clinic about sudden eye floaters and was told to come in without an appointment—just arrive before 5:30 PM and a doctor would see me ASAP. I left work early, made arrangements, and got there by 5:00. But when I arrived, I was told they couldn’t fit me in and to go to another clinic or emergency. I've been going to the Richmond location for a few years, as have my adult children. Recently my daughter had an exam, as she needed a new Rx and asked if it covered both contacts and glasses. The doctor told her yes. Afterwards she decided to fill the Rx somewhere other than Costco and was told repeatedly by both West Coast and Costco that she couldn't have her Rx. Basically they force you to fill the Rx at Costco although they call themselves independent. They're not. They've lost 3 clients due to this.
They are over servicing their patients by sending misleading text message reminders that are unnecessary.
