My iPhone 12 wasn’t able to recharge and won’t turn on even the AT&T store rep wasn’t able to help me. I took it to West Coast, and Abraham (owner) greeted me and made a quick diagnostic. He said your phone is ok but your battery is very weak. So I said please replace with a new battery. And he quoted a very reasonable low price including labor and test. He was fast including cleaning the port and seal. About 40 min of work. He was honest, skilled and friendly. I recommend his shop highly for phone repairs.
Excellent service & honest work! I took my samsung tablet to get checked because there was an issue with the charging port and Abraham told me that we might need to change the part and order it. When I went to pick up my tablet, Abraham told me that he ordered the part but it wasn't necessary to change it because my tablet started working normal and he wouldn't charge me what he initially quoted me, and he would charge me just for the inspection and cleaning it. West Coast phone repair was pleasant surprise blessing from Up above!! When I tell you that, I thought ALL hope was lost FOR SEVERAL PHONES AND MY IPAD!! I was sulking for a good few weeks when my screen shatter on my phone and iPad and my other phone crashed!!
