Great customer service. My mic was messed up and he fixed it fast with no problems.
I was at the bank by my house and I ask anyone who does phone repairs and the guard at the bank referred me to west coast cell phone repair. I didn’t think it was impossible to fix the damages of the phone my screen was green and damaged the back of the phone was badly broken didn’t look repairable. Abraham was a life saver he not just fix my phone he made look like a brand new phone out the box. I will most definitely go back again
The customer service was Awesome! They were very kind and patient with me while trying to show me things I could do to alleviate the problems I was having with my phone. They could've easily tried to convince me to buy a new phone and spend unnecessary cash in order to make a profit. Instead, they gave me suggestions on how to address the concerns and save my battery life and app usage. I'd highly recommend them! Thanks Westcoast!
Came in for a screen replacement. They were able to get it done in the same day. Quick, honest and simple. Definitely recommend!
