We had a great experience at West Coast Brace & Limb in Palm Harbor! Our son went there for helmet treatment. Rachel was friendly, efficient, and realistic. We established a good routine the care and wear of the helmet based on her suggestions. Rachel was always on time and made us feel at ease. Our baby was scheduled to wear his helmet for 6 months and got it off in 4! We are grateful for their services.
• December 19, 2025: I contacted the Palm Harbor office of West Coast Limb and Brace to schedule an appointment for the following Monday. I sent photos of my insurance card and the prescription to the office as requested. • December 22, 2025: I attended my appointment, was measured for the brace, and advised that insurance approval might be delayed due to the holidays. • January 5, 2026: I called the West Coast Limb and Brace Palm Harbor office. Althought the staff member who sized my child for bilateral AFOs was amazing. This office and their lack of communication has caused a severe delay in my child getting their AFOs after not informing me until weeks after sizing my child that I would need updated notes from her PCP (since it just passed the 6 month mark) prior to them making her AFOs. The communication should not fall solely on their physical therapists but also this office as well. Will possibly update this review after we are finally able to get my child the... read more
