Althought the staff member who sized my child for bilateral AFOs was amazing. This office and their lack of communication has caused a severe delay in my child getting their AFOs after not informing me until weeks after sizing my child that I would need updated notes from her PCP (since it just passed the 6 month mark) prior to them making her AFOs.
