Althought the staff member who sized my child for bilateral AFOs was amazing. This office and their lack of communication has caused a severe delay in my child getting their AFOs after not informing me until weeks after sizing my child that I would need updated notes from her PCP (since it just passed the 6 month mark) prior to them making her AFOs. The communication should not fall solely on their physical therapists but also this office as well. Will possibly update this review after we are finally able to get my child the... read more
