This clinic was so great with getting my daughter her brace fast. Vanessa was great checking us in. Amy made sure we had all necessary documents signed. Jackie was the behind closed doors lady!! She got the whole authorization process started and got it authorized within 24 hours!! I thank her so much especially since my toddler really needed the brace for her recovery from surgery. Excellent group!!! Positive and compassionate group that knows what are doing.
After delays with insurance and authorization we finally were able to pick up my mom's brace. First appt was in 2 weeks but we needed it asap because of surgery. Walt was fantastic in squeezing us in that day and was so professional about it. He understood the urgency. When we showed up on the same day as I called, Vanessa was quick to get us checked in and when leaving she was also very quick on check out. Very grateful for them both.
Walter was amazing helping to refit my custom brace after surgery. Up beat and personable!
Walt, Vanessa, Amy, and Jackie are absolutely amazing!! My 13 year old son has scoliosis and each of them have made the entire bracing process a breeze!
