Came to this office for a walking boot after Lisfranc surgery. Recovering after surgery sucks, but Rick, Mike, Melissa, and Kelly were amazing and made this experience better. Thank you all for everything you do!
I got my first brace for a drop foot from this Office five years ago and recently went back because there is now a much improved design available. Emily, the person who did the advising, ordering in a way that met the insurance requirements so it cost me nothing, and then did the custom fitting, was terrific. She was clearly very capable, professionally as well as friendly and personable during the process. The support staff, Keira and Natasha were both very friendly and helpful. I’d give it more than five stars if I could.
This practice is wonderful and Emily is the crown jewel! I was so upset when my baby’s pediatrician recommended a helmet, but we knew it was the right step. Emily has expertise and a bedside manner that are rare in their own right, rarer still to find in the same provider. I’m glad we went for it, especially with this practice. I will not miss my baby having a stinky little head, but somehow I will miss coming here!
