This has been the best experience thus far when it comes to an office. They accepted us as a walk in, the wait time was relatively quick to get seen. The front office staff Karia was friendly and provided great energy to this establishment. Natasha ran the insurance and got everything authorized quickly, and Nick the Provider was friendly. My doctor suggested I visit this location as I need a brace on my foot. Kaira at the front desk was wonderful and Emily who did my fitting was awesome. Emily took the time to explain all the options to me and I decided what works best for me. This place is really wonderful, Kiara was so welcoming and Emily was so patient and kind. I will be recommending this location to anyone I know that needs this type of product. Thank you ladies.
I apologize for late review. My mom is AKA who was visiting us from India. We wanted to consult to see if there are any changes that could be made to prosthetics as she had hip pain. Emily and Nicole from westcoast brace and limb are the most helpful and kindest people ever. Knowing that my mother did not have insurance, they helped her out with very minimal fee and did what ever best they could have with minimal timeframe we had.
